Dr. Guba
With two PhD degrees in Metallurgical Science and in Mechanical Engineering, I have theoretical and practical knowledge developed over years of research, and manufacturing experience in Canada and Europe.
Most recently, I was employed as a Senior Research Associate in the Metal Casting and Post-Processing Technology Group of the Mechanical Automotive and Material Engineering Department at the University of Windsor. I was involved in industrial research and development projects conducted on Gray Cast Iron brake rotors, High-pressure die casting of Aluminum alloys, and further development of the Universal Metallurgical Simulator and Analyzer (UMSA).
Also, I worked as director of operations at TESLA ALMES Ltd in Trebisov, Slovakia, focused on the production of aluminum constructs for the electronics industry. I worked as a CNC machine operator/programmer at REZMIN Tool & Die and Kapco Tool & Die Ltd in Windsor. Both of these roles allowed me to get practical experience in a manufacturing environment, developed my leadership skills, and allowed me to implement theoretical concepts into commercial settings.
My skills and professional background, will allow me to serve your organization, and I am convinced I could greatly contribute to its operations and development through my services.
